Features of Victory ERP System

Below are the main features in eCommerce that are integrated into our system.

 

My Shops:
Connect your eCommerce shops (Shopee, Qoo10, etc.) to our system and synchronize the products, including the price and inventory stock level.

 

My Staffs:
Manage staffs so they can help to manage your shops with limited access to shops and modules (can be configure).

 

My Products:
Mass upload new products to all you shops with a click.  You can do mass download too if you want to copy and paste products from one shop to another.

 

Mass update product price and inventory stock level to all shops.  You no longer need to do it individually in the platform shops, which can be time consuming and error prone.

 

My Sales:
See all your new sales orders (from all shops) in one control panel.  You no longer need to login to each platform (Shopee, Qoo10, Lazada, etc.) to check you new sales order. 

 

You can confirm your orders in our system and it will automatically update in your shops.  Your sales and customer data will be saved in our system so you can use the data for re-targeting in future sales campaigns. 

 

Not to forget you can print your shipping labels all from the same single control panel. 

 

You product inventory level is automatically adjusted when you confirm the order so you will know when to restock your products.

 

My Chats:
Customer′s chats and enquiries from platforms (Shopee, Qoo10, etc.) are synchronised with our system.  This means you can check and respond to all chats from one control panel.  No longer do you need to login in individual platform chat system to read and respond chats.

 

My Customers:
Customer relationship management is integrated in our system.  You can review a customer′s buying habits and whether this customer has repeat purchase in a period of time.  This allows you to craft your next marketing campaigns to re-target such customer in marketing methods like facebook ads and google ads.

My Purchases:
Manage your new stock purchases from you vendors and keep track of new stock arrival dates.  Once new stock arrive, you can use our system to automatically adjust the stock inventory level so you have the latest accurate stock inventory level.

 

My Vendors:
Manage your vendors (suppliers) in our system. Rate your vendors so you know who are the good vendors.

 

My Stocks:
Our system provides a centralised stock inventory database so you can check in real time.  Stock inventory report will also show you what are your total stock inventory and what those items that are in critical low level that you need to re-purchase.

 

My Reports:
We provide reports based on your transaction data so you know clearly what are your sales numbers, which products are selling well and how much stock inventory you are holding at realtime.
